GESTATION 707

Gestation 707 is an empowerment summit targeted at helping undergraduates in building an effective foundation for idea generation,development, planning and execution. The summit, also aimed at developing quality leadership in students will involve practical workshops and break-out sessions in an environment conducive for learning and growth.Considered as a 100 unit  course by the organisers,
Gestation 707 is scheduled to hold as follows:
Date: Wednesday, 25th June, 2014
Venue: Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria.
*Gestation 707 is an initiative of the Crop Protection Students' Association (CROPPSA), Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, in partnership with All for  Development Foundation(ADM).

A glorious defeat cpt 4 - 1 anp

The grass of funaab sport complex experience the football match between CPT FC and ANP FC. The match started well with both teams putting in their best to relinquish the upper but Anp FC started the score line with a goal in the 17 min. Just as expected the search for the equaliser begin but quite unfortunate the search was brought to an end when Cpt FC Oguntoye Tayo got the back of the net at 30 min. The game took a new turn as both teams battled to take the lead but were disappointed by the refree who blew for half time.
The second half started with both teams trying to relinquish an upper hand but no side was ready to give up. This dragged the competition to a penalty shoot out.
The penalty shoot out turned out to favour CPT FC as Oguntoye Tayo, Abioye Samuel and Ojomo Adetoye all scored while CPT FC goalkeeper ( Imole Ayo ) with his ball attracting hands saved 3 penalty shoot outs bringing the final score to cpt 4-1 anp.
